Tacos

    A taco is a specialized establishment in serving tacos. The taquerías cover very broad spectrum of styles and categories: from street stalls all the way to big restaurants.

 

       Their huge popularity of tacos originated that there are Taquerias everywhere in Mexico. Commonly each taqueria operates independently, but in the last 20 years there have been some very successful chains that had expanded in different cities and even countries.

 

     Since there are several different types of tacos, each taqueria usually focuses on a specific type, but they all offer almost as an obligation chile sauces from different varieties.

 

      Taquero is the word used to refer to the person that prepares the tacos.
